The Poussin, the result of this study and the application of the technology developed by illycaffè, is a coffee maker with very high performance, with a tank that interrupts the flow at the right moment so that the coffee does not have a bitter aftertaste. This allows the round and full-bodied aroma of this drink to be highlighted. The spout has been designed with the same care for the functional aspects: when pouring the coffee, its particular V shape, reminiscent of a chick's beak, allows the drop to be perfectly retained. The plastic handle and knob, available in red or black, complete the coffee maker.
