Designed by Michele de Lucchi, the Café Pulcina, MDL02/1 BB, is the result of a long study on the optimization of the shape of the coffee machine in order to improve and enhance the organoleptic properties of coffee. Thanks to the internal shape of its special boiler, Pulcina automatically interrupts the supply of coffee at the right time. This interruption allows to obtain only the best of the coffee, thus improving its full and round aroma. The spout is well pronounced and its typical V shape, reminiscent of a chick's beak, is defined to perfectly reduce the drip during payment. Practical and functional, Pulcina does not require special precautions to prepare coffee compared to a traditional moka.
